एक आंदोलन A movement founded by Adv. Siddhesh Shelar

Skill is the
new freedom.

Skill Bharatiya is a grassroots movement putting practical, future-ready skills into every Indian hand — taught in the learner’s own language, tied to their district’s economy, and priced so that no one is left behind.

01The Gap

A dividend that waits
for no one.

युवा
28yrs

India’s median age — the youngest large nation in human history. Half of Bharat is under thirty. Never before has any country held this much young energy at the same time.

~4.7%

of India’s workforce holds formal skill certification — against 74% in Germany and 96% in South Korea. Talent we have. Certification, we don’t.

1crore+

young people enter the workforce every single year — more than the entire population of Sweden, arriving annually, waiting for a livelihood.

The dividend window closes by the 2040s. Skilling is how Bharat walks through it.

02The Bharatiya Way

Old wisdom,
new tools.

Five principles we hold the way a chisel holds its edge.

मार्ग
  1. 01

    Dignity in every craft

No work is small. The trained karigar and the trained engineer stand on the same platform — and are paid, addressed and respected accordingly.

    प्रतिष्ठा
  2. 02

    The guru–shishya bond

Skills don’t transfer through slides. They pass hand to hand, from a practising master to a committed learner, with feedback in the mother tongue.

    गुरु–शिष्य
  3. 03

    Local first, always

Every course is mapped to the economy of its own district — its farms, workshops, hospitals and markets — so a certificate becomes a livelihood close to home.

    स्थानीय
  4. 04

    Hands before theory

Eighty percent of every Skill Bharatiya programme is done with your own hands — tools, machines, fields and customers, not classrooms.

    अभ्यास
  5. 05

    Seva at the centre

Skill is not only for a salary. A skilled village keeps its own lights on, its own health in check, and its own future in its own hands.

05The Founder’s Word

वचन
A nation does not rise in its parliaments or its stock markets. It rises in its workshops, its fields, its clinics — wherever a pair of young hands learns to do something the world truly needs. Skill Bharatiya exists to put that power within reach of the last village of Bharat.
